Lent: Delicious Recipe Ideas

A great many people of Greek Orthodox cultural background choose to fast for lent ahead of Easter, even if they are not that into religion. They do it for religious, cultural, health or lifestyle reasons. Certainly a few weeks of abstention from red meat and dairy don’t seem like a bad idea.
